介绍：

hiperco 27合金是fe-co-cr软磁合金，具有---的延展性和韧性，也具有与市场上fe-co软磁合金的高饱和里温度。hiperco 50(1j22)的矫顽力和导磁率比hiperco 27较好些，但是两种合金的磁饱和是一致的。另外，hiperco 27合金不及hiperco 50的脆性。

磁性能：

---典型直流磁性能（hiperco 27）

-----饱和磁感应强度-23600gauss(2.36tesla)。矫顽力1.7-3.0 oe(135-239a/m)取决于样品尺寸和热处理。



热处理：

---所有的冲压薄片和机加工零件都必须在组装前做热处理，为得到---的磁性能。零件在760-900℃真空和氢气环境中退火2-4h，以每小时300℃冷却。所有的零件热处理前必须保持干净。

用途：

1j27合金用途方面要求“好的机械韧性”、“---的延展性和高饱和磁感应强度”.例如用于发动机、发电机、磁极片、继电器、电磁向位。
